New Online/Mobile Banking System Launching Sept. 13th

On September 13th, Census Federal Credit Union will launch a new online and mobile banking system. Our updated system allows for members to do the following from the comfort of a phone, tablet, or computer:

  • Make one-time or recurring transfers internally or to external accounts
  • Pay your bills with Bill Pay
  • View account statements and checks within the mobile app
  • Deposit checks electronically via mobile deposit

Our current BILL PAY Program will be disabled on September 9 at 9 PM. Existing payments scheduled for September 10, 11, or 12 will be paid. You will not be able to set up new payments or payees during our downtime.

Our current ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING will be disabled on September 10 at 9 AM. As a result, users will not be able to log in and view accounts. 

Census FCU’s updated online and mobile banking program will be available for use on September 13 at 2 PM. 

We understand that you may have questions, so we have put together a step-by-step instruction manual to guide you through the setup process. The instructions are for current enrollees in online banking and those who wish to enroll in online and mobile banking. Instructions can be found here: Click Here to Download

Technical support will be available from 7 AM to 1 AM, seven days a week. Please call 800-232-0063.

Please remember the dates mentioned above and take necessary actions to ensure you’re prepared for the transition. We are excited about the launch of the new and improved digital banking service.
